The Thomas International Profile (PPA) is a validated, non-critical, behavioural analysis of a person, emphasisng his/her strengths and capabilities in the work environment. The PPA is not a test. You cannot 'pass' or 'fail' it.

Instructions

1. Think of yourself in a work situation.
2. Examine each group of four words.
3. For each question choose the word that MOST describes you in the work situation and simply indicate your choice by clicking the 'radio' button under the word and on the MOST line.
4. Then choose a word that LEAST describes you in the work place and simply indicate your choice by clicking the 'radio' button under the word and on the LEAST line.
5. You must indicate a MOST and LEAST answer for each question before you can continue to the next question, as shown in the example below.
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. There are 24 questions to answer in total.
   Your first thought is probably the right one.
   You can, however, return to previous questions if you choose to by simply pressing the back button.
   
7. Once question 24 is answered you will not be able to amend your answers, as your chosen report will automatically be generated.
   
8. The exercise should take about 8 minutes to complete on-line without interruption and preferably in isolation.
