PERSONAL STYLE

Jon Eastwood is very optimistic and gregarious in her dealings with others. She is exceedingly influential and persuasive. She has an ability to convince and lead other people to her way of thinking. There may be a tendency for her to be overly self-promoting and to oversell her point of view. Jon Eastwood is naturally assertive and self assured, but may lack follow through and be unable to create analytical data.
Her attitude may cause Jon Eastwood to be unrealistic in planning or scheduling her time. This could result in the need for her to set careful time deadlines if she is to meet her objectives. She is very energetic and restless, this can lead to her not always following through with the completion of the job. She may not be a particularly good "facts and figures" person and could get bored with too much detail.
Jon Eastwood tends to be very opinionated and is always willing to tell others how she feels or thinks. This may turn off people who tend to be more sensitive and quiet. She is a good risk taker with no fear of involving herself with others.
